"Products" means any goods or services downloaded, purchased
or otherwise obtained by you as a result of your responding to any
advertizement or offer contained within this Website or any website

“QPresenter" means our software package ‘Quick
Presenter’ hereinafter abbreviated to ‘QPresenter’ and
its associated Websites, www.QuickPresenter.com and www.QPresenter.com,
owned by Di.
“30-day trial” means that you may download a copy of
the QPresenter software from this or another Website and use it free-of-charge
for
a period of 30 days in order to ascertain its suitability for your
purpose before deciding to purchase.
"Website" means the Website known as www.QPresenter.com,
published on the World Wide Web, to which these conditions apply.
"Website Materials" means the materials used in the Website.
"You" means the User.
QPresenter’s status. Di is offering for limited free trial
and sale its own software products on this Website.
Responsibility and warranties. Di assumes no responsibility for ensuring
the fitness for purpose of its software or other Website Materials
and makes no warranty or representation in respect thereof including
without limitation as to the content, quality, accuracy, completeness
or suitability of any software or Website Materials viewed for any
purpose.
Fitness for Purpose. In downloading the software free-of-charge for
a trial period you agree to accept full responsibility for ensuring
before purchase that it is entirely fit for the purpose that you
intend. Should you choose to pass on a copy to others of any software
downloaded from the Website you agree to pass it on in its entirely
including its Terms of Use and that the above conditions shall continue
to apply.
Links. The nature of the Website is such that Di will sometimes provide
links to other websites. Di has no control over such sites, and so
accepts no responsibility for any Materials appearing on such sites.
